Half of the Pakistani musicians aren't sincere.Half of the Pakistani musicians are not even rich enough to own a car.

Does culture have anything to do with it?
.. i meant, the effect of culture in PKs (in) sincerity in music... :)
The culture of the country is rich with various arts.Raag-based music,sufi music(Kaafian) and Qawalis are all indigenous forms of music.Pakistan also lays claim to some musical intruments.
Earlier only marasis used to be into music .Marasi is a caste.Even now the people who believe and stand for their castes have opinions against music .They look down on music becuase it was associated with marasi caste only.it can be said they feel jealous of the "new marasis"
oh geez.. i feel sad for them :(. they are missing the joy that music gives.
