Restructure-me courses

I have started taking a self help course which inspires one to reach their highest self .The course was recommended by a fellow blogger, David O, on his blog. I just received the second part of the lessons. I have gone through a really lot of Self-help material in the past .Infact the first book I read in childhood after classics were my brother’s Self-help book. It’s been a quiet some time that I didn’t go through any of those Positive thinking preaching books. Even my own copy of Vincent Peale’s(needs spell check) THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING is still to be returned by a friend
